Cereal with Protein mix and milk

Lunch

Skinless Chicken Breast

Jello cup

After school

Peanut Butter and Jelly (or Honey) Sandwich

or

Chilli w/Turkey instead of Pork

Post workout shake

Protein mix & 10 oz milk & 2 TBS honey & 1 TBS Peanut Butter

Dinner

Chicken, or something with noodles

Before bed

Chicken or a can of tuna
